Fabric Effects™ is a water based fabric paint that penetrates deeply and fuses to all types of fabrics. The resulting finish is soft to the touch and is washable and fade resistant.
Available in a wide selection of colors and metallics, Fabric Effects™ may be used straight from the bottle or thinned with no more than 20% water. Standard colors may also be intermixed to create additional colors. ( For use on fabrics only)
